Sales & Analytics

/account/sales is the source of truth. Every licence sold of any track on any of your artist profiles, listed newest first.

Each entry shows the track, the tier, the buyer's first name, the gross amount, your cut, the date, and a link to the licence PDF that was issued.

Tracksynk shows you who licensed (first name) and what they paid. We don't surface the buyer's email or full name on your sales tab. If you need to reach a buyer (rare), contact us and we'll connect you via email if the buyer agrees.

The header of the Sales tab shows lifetime totals: tracks sold, total earnings, breakdown by tier. The tracklists tab on your artist dashboard shows play counts per track (counts fire after 5 seconds of continuous playback on browse, detail, profile, or mix pages).

The Published tab orders tracks by recency by default. To see what's converting, sort by sales count. Useful for understanding what to upload more of.

Refunds are rare. They happen if a buyer files a chargeback or contacts us with a legitimate issue (e.g. duplicate purchase). Refunded sales show up in your sales tab with a refunded badge and are reversed from your payout.
