Troubleshooting

Audio won't play

Try refreshing the page. If still nothing, check that your browser allows audio autoplay for tracksynk.com (Safari blocks it by default; click in the page first).

If a specific track won't play but others do, the source file may have an issue. Send us the track URL and we'll look.

Download link doesn't work

Signed download URLs are tied to your account. Make sure you're signed in to the account that purchased the licence. If you're signed in and it still fails, the link may have been invalidated (rare). Re-trigger the download from your Purchased Tracks tab.

Payment failed at checkout

Stripe shows the specific error inline. Most common causes: card declined by your bank, card expired, billing address mismatch. Try a different card, or pay through Apple Pay / Google Pay which often bypass address checks.

If the payment looks like it went through on your bank statement but you don't see a licence in your account, contact us with the email you used at checkout. We'll find the payment and reissue the licence.

Track approval taking longer than 24 hours

Most approvals land within a working day, but some take longer if our reviewer wants to verify rights or talk to the artist. If your track has been pending more than three working days, send us a note.

If your track was rejected, you won't see it in your Submitted tab any more. Rejections are quiet. If you'd like to know why, contact us.

Stripe Express stuck on "restricted"

Stripe sometimes flags new accounts as restricted until identity verification completes. The Stripe dashboard shows what's missing (usually a document upload or a secondary phone). Complete the steps and your account unlocks automatically.

Tracklist won't save

If the heart icon doesn't seem to respond, make sure you're signed in. Anonymous browsing can play but can't save.

If you're signed in and saving still fails, refresh and try once more. If it persists, contact us with the track URL and we'll look at the account state.

Account avatar didn't update in the nav

The nav avatar updates immediately on most pages. If it hasn't updated, hard refresh (Cmd+Shift+R or Ctrl+Shift+R).
