01What rights do I actually get with each licence?+
IndieSynk covers one personal Project across social and video platforms, forever. StudioSynk covers one monetised or branded Project with paid promotion up to $25,000, plus a podcast extension that covers a single show for life. CustomSynk is for broadcast, streaming, theatrical, video games, exclusivity, and anything bespoke. Full scope on the licence.
02Is the music really free of stock-library claims and AI?+
Yes to both. Every track is uploaded by the artist who wrote and recorded it, with zero stock-library, sample-pack, or third-party catalogue licensing in the mix, so there's nothing duplicated that could clash with another buyer's project. And nothing on Tracksynk is AI-generated. Human-made music is a hard prerequisite for the roster. Real artists, real instruments, real choices.
03Will I get a Content ID claim on YouTube?+
Sometimes, if the artist has registered the track with a distributor. We flag it on the track page, the artist clears it with their provider within 24 to 72 hours, and your downloaded licence is your proof if you ever need to dispute. The licence stays valid throughout.
04How much does it cost?+
Buyers pay the track price plus a 5% service fee. IndieSynk usually sits at $99 to $350, StudioSynk at $450 to $3,500, PersonalUse a flat $1.99. CustomSynk is quoted per project. Artists set the final price within those ranges, or outside them at their discretion.
05How fast can I license a track?+
IndieSynk, StudioSynk, and PersonalUse are instant. Click, pay, download, done. CustomSynk takes 1 to 2 business days to quote because Tracksynk coordinates the terms with the artist before issuing the agreement.
06Do I need a separate licence per project?+
Yes for IndieSynk and StudioSynk, which both cover a single Project. The exception inside StudioSynk: one licence covers an entire podcast or show for life, all episodes, all seasons. PersonalUse isn't a project licence at all, just personal listening.
