Account Settings

Where settings live

Everything related to your personal account (not your artist profile) sits at /account/info. Display name, email, account avatar, password, payouts, notifications, account deletion.

Your artist profile information (the public-facing stuff: name, bio, banner) lives separately at /account/artists. Two different concepts: account = the person logged in, artist profile = the public release identity.

Display name

Your display name shows up in the top nav when you're signed in. Edit inline from /account/info. Doesn't affect any artist profile names.

Email + password

Email and password changes go through the Clerk hosted modal. Click the Change Password button to open it. Email changes require verifying the new address before they take effect.

Account avatar

The account avatar is the image that shows up in the top nav and on receipts. Upload at /account/info. PNG or JPG, square works best, 5MB max. Separate from your artist profile avatar.

Payouts (artists only)

Your Stripe Express country and currency display here once you've connected an account. Country is locked (set at connection time). Currency follows from country. To open your full Stripe dashboard, click the Stripe button on this section.

Account deletion

Use the Delete Account button at the bottom of the page. Confirm in the popup. Deletion is permanent: your artist profiles, your tracks, your tracklists, your purchase history all become inaccessible. We don't restore deleted accounts.

If you have active licences out in the world, those remain valid (we don't break existing licences when an artist deletes their account). The tracks are removed from discovery and downloads stop for new buyers.
